Hindi Movies Nagina 2

Hindi Movies Nagina 2! Watching movies "online free of charge" is a type of practice. Even for movies which may have not even gone to DVD yet you'll find sites all around us where people can post movies to view that people have secretly taken videos camera in a movie showing and recorded your entire movie on their computer. After that it just takes a search in the internet to find said movie. While the experience is not the same as spending money on it and seeing it in the theater people that just want to go to a movie will get myriads of places online to look at.

Even YouTube has places for fan videos that disguise themselves as places to look at movies online. Piracy had been getting bootleg copies of VHS tapes and DVDs but now movie piracy might be even harder to manage thanks to the internet.

Financial Fallout

Movie piracy cost U.S. movie studios over 1.3 billion dollars in 2005 mostly because of the internet in an article posted to Torrent Freak. A 2004 survey conducted with the Motion Picture Associated of America claims those of 3,600 internet surfers surveyed 24 percent said that they had downloaded a movie online in accordance with an article in PC World. Surely the numbers must be even more by now. Further, 69% of the respondents felt that downloading a film online has not been a "major concern."

More recently, downloading movies and streaming them to internet is indeed prevalent in Spain that that variety of DVD stores has dropped 25% since 2003 as well as the illegal pirating of movies is threatening to finish the DVD industry in Spain altogether. Business Insider quoted Michael Lynton of Sony as saying "Spain is about the brink of will no longer being a viable marketplace for us." This was in late March of 2010.

The overuse injury in Spain may be a Catch-22. If DVDs are no longer sold in Spain then the market for pirated copies of movies may much more lucrative and pirates can get more creative and more ardent for that product. Just like making drugs illegal the demand won't vanish entirely so prices will spike and an entire blackmarket may develop and things may get even more out of control.

Perhaps one other reason for piracy apart from not investing in expensive movie tickets is spoofed with this piece on Business Insider. Like movies inside the theater, DVDs are in possession of previews, trailers, and advertising on them. When you can watch a pirated copy with no ads that simply simply gets to the movie without ten minutes worth of advertising, perhaps the feeling of apathy inside our consumerist contemporary society is reaching a breaking point.

Anti-Piracy Measures

France and Britain are leading the way in anti-piracy measures. In a New York Times article in March of 2010, Parliament is for the verge of considering a law that would allow authorities to fully cut off internet connection to people who download movies illegally on the internet. France has recently passed a law consequently but has yet to implement it. Civil liberties groups are watching what the law states closely and they are wary that this measure may go too far.

While these laws are designed to protect a market industry from losing money, again we need to point to illegal drugs as a possible mirror to movie piracy. The problem with drugs aren't small time dealers that are trying to make a full time income when they have no idea any other way nevertheless the large suppliers and drug cartels who give them the drugs inside first place. Movie downloaders are probably the same way. The problem shouldn't be the people who watch movies for free for free but people who pirate the movies and put them for the internet in the first place. Cut off the head along with the body dies.

In late March of 2010, The Hollywood Reporter posted a special article stating the US Copyright Group has sued over 20,000 torrent users for illegal piracy of movies. Another lawsuit is forthcoming that targets over 30,000 users for five particular movie titles. It appears the film marketplace is not taking this lightly.

New Formats

Blu-Ray discs and the new 3-D format can help to tackle the piracy problem in their own way. If a movie is being touted as only able to be noticed in 3-D that would be more challenging to get a copy of it straight from a camera version taken in the movie theater. The DVD would be the only way to watch it.

Another way to combat piracy is usually to make online services such as Netflix cheaper. What you would lose in price could possibly be made up for in volume. Perhaps making movie ticket prices a little cheaper would help too. There are everything the film industry can do in order to combat piracy that has nothing to do with filing a case.

For most of these measures being taken to sue those who break the law you will find always sites like YouTube that always can't match illegal downloads. Episodes of tv programs, movies, plus much more can be found on sites like YouTube, Veoh, and LiveVideo all free of charge. Until those websites might be more vigilant about getting rid of copyrighted content then people will continue to view pirated videos.

On the whole, movie piracy is bad for the film industry while they lose money. The problem then becomes that if they can stem the piracy problem will movie ticket prices actually decrease? Will online viewing services including NetFlix lower their prices when the movie companies are recouping doing this money? There has got a chance to be a give-and-take attitude relating to this problem. There has reached be some incentive for users to want to pay for a motion picture. Spending money is always good for the economy even if it means investing in enjoying a show.

Another key to consider will be the current state with the economy. People are still hurting financially and definately will want to get things at no cost or little cost for as long as possible. When that carrot goes away then this movie industry must accommodate lure those customers to seeing movies otherwise the movie piracy problem will just read more creative instead of go away.
